Junior Church and Creche meet every Sunday morning at Market Street. The children sit with their parents for the first 20 mins of the service, leaving after the collection. Then the fun begins.......

Creche caters for children 0-5 years and Junior Church for those children aged between 5-16 years.

Creche meets in the Green room where a huge selection of toys are played with each week. There is always a story-time and parents & carers have the opportunity to have a chat with the leaders over a cup of tea or coffee.

Junior Church consists of 3 groups for children aged 5-8, 8-11 and 11+.
We follow the Scripture Union syllabus, spending time with the children to reflect upon God's word.

For the younger age group there will be a game, activity or singing to begin the session, followed by a bible story and ending with a craft activity - the messier, the better!!!
A similar theme is used for the 8-11 year olds, although bible reading is introduced at this stage.
                               
Bible study is used for the older age group, for children attending high school. Music and videos also form part of the syllabus and the older children like to partake in drama every once in a while.

All of our leaders are CRB checked, meeting the Church’s Safe to Grow criteria.
